Yourself. My job was for a call centre position. They may ask you to give examples of times when you showed team leadership, punctuality, organised, able to handle pressure and cope.
Also talk about how involved you are with things like, clubs, sporting etc. Be excited and happy with them, just ignore the nerves and don't worry about how they think of you.

Talk about something you really know. If you know all about computers then pick one aspect that you can talk on for the time. for example how to download and edit photographs.
Talk about a typical day in your life. Talk about an aspect of your school days. Talk about how you have organised an event.
What they are looking for is to ensure that you can string a few sentences together and make an interesting 2 minutes. Have a few post cards numbered from 1 to 6 and put some headings on them to keep you on the track. This will show that you have taken the trouble to prepare.
Do NOT talk in cliches, do not keep saying the word basically or keep on saying "I mean" or "you know".
Don't say umm every sentence and do not end by saying something like,"That's it" Make a proper ending and then ask if there are any questions. This shows confidence and interest in the interviewer.
If you can, do not stay still while you talk as this makes them focus on you at one point and could induce sleep.
Look at the interviewer all the time and do not let your eyes stray to any other places. Practise your talk a lot before the day.
Best of luck

Find out all you can about the company so that you are able to answer any questions on it. Talk about your life and your achievements, your hopes and your ambitions. Write down what you want to say and learn it off b y heart so it is fluent when you speak to them. Show confidence that you are able to do the job and that they will be proud of you. Do not talk politics because you do not know on whose side they are on...nor on religion.Be polite and show respect even if you think their questions are silly.
Try not to be stiff and formal and try to manage a smile. You could talk about a topic in the news but avoid any controversial issues. Good luck. God bless. You will get the job don't worry. I was in the travel line for years and it was good fun. !!

Leading on from what some other people have said, use this as an opportunity to sell yourself to the company. Start off by interpreting as what you deem to be intrinsic to the role and the company. Qualities like integrity, having social skills and ingenuity should feature among others, say why you think these have the importance you attribute to them and then go on to make references to your having these skills and how you have proven that.
If the role is essentially a sales role then be sure to draw on specifics regarding your dynamism in this area (track record etc)

With only 2 minutes i would give a brief introduction to the CV which you have obviously prepared, for most of the other suggestions already posted you will need half a day. Good luck, just be yourself and be positive.

talk about your greatest achivements out side work whether it be in school college or uni (example) you played in the college football team where you were the captin and you won the league trophy if not that then a really embarssing incident that happened at some point in your life and what your learned from the experience not just what not to do but what you learned about yourself at the time also they are good ones because it actually happened and they are memorable so its easy to talk for longer than 2 minutes about them the embarassing one is good because it show that you have a sense of humour and your afaraid to laugh at yourself and that you do make mistakes but you learn from them.

Why not speak about "service" and how good service can make a client very satisfied and happy with a firm, and return to it?

Well, I would talk about the interview itself... About your doubts and thoughts and about the answers you are going to get here for this question...

I would give an anecdote about something that happened recently. It can be funny or sad - just something to show your human aspect!
