yes. It is because i have a minor child who loves this holiday is why. I dress up for work in a costume every year myself and it is fun.

I like it. Celebrate it may be overstating it.
I am bothered that it has become the focus of debate over whether it is "of God" or "of the Devil." I think this is a reflexive response, by Godly people, to crap Satanism in popular arts.
To me, Halloween will always be Frankenstein, Addams Family, etc -- NOT The Omen or Saw or Marilyn manson or any of the modern horror/Satan crap.

Nope. Halloween pretty much sucks. It's hardly safe anymore to go trick or treatin, thanks to all the weirdo tards in the world who tamper with candy, etc. Half the kids don't even bother to dress up anymore. And it annoys me when 16 - 18 yr olds are outside running over top of the little kids to get to my door quicker and try to get candy first.

Celebrate might not be the right word, but yes we do mark the occasion, because its fun to eat all the excess candy.

yes i do! i put on a good scary movie or some type of haunting documentary and eat some pumpkin pie with a hot cup of spiced apple cider. i also buy treats for the trick-or-treaters in my neighborhood.
i hear lots of people are offended by halloween these days. i miss the days before political correctness. (pardon my social commentary)

yes i show gratitude and thanks for the dead.
the dead loved ones i have did so much for me.. and this day i thank them and show them in some way that i am very thankful and without their help over the years and all those sacrafices they made to help bring me up and give me a chance in life... i wouldn't be where i am today.
those who ban halloween just show their ingratitude and ignorance.. and hate their loved ones who have now passed on into the void or netherworlds, which ever one believes in.
those who ban it and call it evil and showing disrespect for the dead.. many have given their lives to keep us safe and free.. many have died who had done so much to help further our lives.. so on.
those who spit on halloween are also spitting on those who gave up their lives in the service of our country.. so on.
it's shameful. but they can stay that way.. i'm thankful i know my place in this world.

I dont celebrate it in the sense of respect for what it stands for, but I allow my kids to dress in non-scarey costumes and we go to church the games and candy.

Yes. I celebrate it as a day for the kids to go out and have fun. Nothing more, nothing less.
