Face: Wash with an acne cleanser 2 times a day, apply Clearasil extra strength cream all over your face and use "cleansing grains" 3 times a week. One good cleansing grain is St. Ives Medicated (white jar, blue letters, by the skin stuff at the store).

Tan: You can't remove it but you can help it to fade by using cleansing grains when you wash in the shower. The scrubbing helps remove the dead top layer of skin each day and eventually the tan will be gone.

There's a skin care discussion board at Kimkins.

For the suntan, only TIME and avoiding all sun will eliminate it as it gradually fades as new epidermal cells appear on the skin surface.

for the pimples, use Ayurvedic herbal medicine - go to a VAIDYA (Indian Ayurvedic doctor & OBEY what he tells you) Change your diet. Keep your face clean. Don't despair.
