Last night I went to the ER and found out my right ovary is swollen. The doctor told me not to stress about it and to make an appointment right away, which I will do tomorrow. Now I am currently having pain in both ovaries, but I'm also on my period. However, I never had problems with my ovaries before so I'm worried that it could be serious. I have been nauseated (threw up one time) since around the beginning of October. In fact I had posted a question about my nausea already. I am still feeling nauseated and everyday I drink tons of tea and water, eat small meals during the day, get 7-8 hours of sleep, try to relax so basically I'm trying to live like I don't have nausea. Has anybody have had problems with being nauseated for awhile and it turned out to be related to ovary problems? I'm just wondering.

I do not know much about ob/gyn and it sounds like you are doing the basics for the nausea. The ER doc is right, you really need to see your doctor soon. When you call tomorrow to get the appointment, be sure to speak to the nurse, not just the appointment person. Tell the nurse you went to the ER and when you went, to see if she can get copies of the labs and any CT scans/Xrays that were done so your doctor is not starting blind.
When you talk to your doctor about the symptoms, have them written down, little things matter a lot. Do you have more nausea when you eat or don't eat, does your throat burn, are you gagging, is it worse at night when you are in bed? Is nausea meaning not hungry, rolling stomach, acid stomach, retching? Have you had fevers, chills, constipation, discharge, change in urine? It will hopefully help your doctor go from the what is wrong to the why it is wrong and get you better. The best of luck and warn thoughts.

It would simply be a cyst. The most effective different matters I would feel of could be perhaps a tubal being pregnant or a progress of a few form. I am presently going by way of the equal factor with my medical professional. My correct ovary is kinda enlarged so they're doing an ultrasound subsequent month. They are ready a month given that if this is a cyst, it's going to clear up on its possess. Don't fear an excessive amount of too quickly, simply be riskless and get looked at. As my medical professional stated to me "Better to be riskless than sorry."
