You can't, your body requires approx. 7hrs each day.... It just doesn't have to be all at one time... try an afternoon siesta.... go to bed at a respectable time, but get up much earlier and start your day... maybe with exercise, or as simple as a half hr walk.

of course....I usually only get 4-7 hours of sleep. It's quite easy, or at least it should be. I never go to bed before midnight.
