Yep sure is. In fact any teen guy who doesn't have frequent erections is the one who should be worried. In the teens, puberty starts the various hormone into production and some of them affect or open up your sex drive. And once awakened, a sex drive can cause erections for seemingly no reason at all. Like when you wake up, when you even think about yoru penis or anyone else's, when the merest hint of somethign sexual occurs to you or even while just standing in the front of the class trying to answer a teacher's question.
Yep, erections can result in embarassment and maybe even some teasing from brothers or roommates or classmates. But if you keep your eyes open, you will find lots of opportunity to see them embarassed and maybe return a little light teasing.
Plain truth is erections happen and some of them occur at really inopportune times. Knowing this, no one shoudl ever be embarassed by this perfectly natural occurrence especially since it demonstrates you are moving into adulthood.

Yes its normal and why would you want to stop it. I am 42 and I have them all the time. Sometimes it can be a little embarrassing but what the hell. I can still maintain a very nice firm erection for hours. I'm sure that's something that many girls can appreciate.

It's a problem for 17 year old boys not to have erections. You can't stop them, you can only hope to contain them.

don't stop it its good. i passed 17-18 yeas i got ercetion at least 7 times in a day. later in medical test i found myself more than good. its a boon to u
