I can't think of any English words (or even words from other languages that are commonly used in English speaking countries) that have the letters "tsh" next to each other in that order.

Do you know any?

Sure, all you need is a word in which one syllable ends with a t and the next starts with sh

there is the word, "kitsch", which refers to something that is designed for popular appeal or, art that is pretentious and yet shallow.
And, with regard to the previous answer about hormones, that is technically not a word at all. Its an abbreviation / initials.
