Find a door, preferably a car door. Place your head between the door jam and the door. Close the door on your head over and over until you pass out. Then the mosquito bite won't itch. If this doesn't work I recommend immediate administration of anti-venom at the emergency room.

I find a Judo Chop to his entire body - then throw him to the ground, followed by a full body spin and kick to the groin will generally put the beasty down!

Treat your wounds with rubbing alchohol and apply some antibiotic cream. You'll survive - the skeeto wont.

Don't itch it. No scratching in any way shape or form! I live in the boonies around the great dismal swamp and all we do is leave it alone and not touch it. However, you could put a disinfectant on it and I would seriously advise puting anti-itch cream on it.

put some anti-itch cream on your attacked bump. Don't itch it or else it'll bleed and the anti-itch cream'll make it burn. Cold water helps too. I should know. My dog had fleas, and they bit me while I was sleeping, so I have 5 bites.

just ignore it and don't scratch it, it will go away naturally in a few days. if u want it off faster, put alchol or a cream like neosporin on it. if it gets worst, and don't heal, gets bigger, or hurts more. see a doctor
