How long have you been having periods. It's normal for girls to have really irregular periods within a year of starting their period. Talk you your mom if possible and ask what her periods were like at your age. If she says she had the same problem, then I wouldn't worry about it. If you are still worried, ask your doctor.

Irregular periods are very common. Mainly the first year or two after you first have one. Your hormone levels and body are still adjusting to the changes. If you are not sexually active, and are not having any other problems such as heavy bleeding or pain then you should be fine. If this problem persists for a long time however, I would recommend seeing a doctor. Also several factors could cause you to "miss" a period. Such as diet, stress, and excercise..

A lot of factors can cause you to have irregular periods. First of all, you're still quite young and it takes a while before your period gets into a proper routine. Your diet, stress and your environment can also affect the timing and length of your period. If this becomes a problem for you, you can think about brith control to regulate your period. Talk to your doctor before anything.

Irregular periods are more common than you think. I'm 37 and my periods have been irregular since I started. You have nothing to worry about.

It means you are just irregular. I did that all my life. Still irregular.

It means you should go to the doctor. Preferably an OB-GYN. Ask your mother or father to make you an appointment.
