I am thinking of modeling, but the manager said I needed to redo my complete image! I think he must be blind cause as everyone can see I am quite beautiful the way I am..But if you had to choose 1 thing for me to change what would it be! Please give me advice, which shouldn't be hard since I am already pretty!

Is this a joke, or is that your real picture? If you are serious, then don't even try modeling! I am not trying to be mean, but you're not all that pretty! You're not ugly either! But I just don't think modeling would be right for you.

modeling agencies aren't looking for the most beautiful person in the world to model.but maybe the manager is looking for a certian "look" that you dont have right now.go and ask the manager what are some things you can change about yourself to make them like you more.and i can't tell you what you should change about yourself because i have no idea what you look like.

Be careful of modeling scams. Some of these modeling places make their money providing lessons, and other services to "prospective" models.

First I think you should change your hairstyle and hair color(get some highlights). Get your eyebrows waxed and you should be fine.
