I do! It feels good - it is reliable and it works and provides instant gratification - other areas don't work on cue as well as that! And my life is great yet i still see it is as a crutch at times. How about y'all?

I don't use sex like that at all. In fact, what you describe is sort of the same thing drug addicts or alcoholics do.

No. And I don't need sex to feel good about life. Although it's great, I don't use sex to turn a blind eye on other things in life.

It sounds like you are using sex to escape real-world issues, rather than facing them. tso is right: such behavior is typical addictive activity, and not healthy because, as you admit, you're using it as a crutch.
