if it didn't draw blood don't worry.
If it did draw blood and if you have a current tetanus vaccination you should be OK as well. Treat it like you would treat any other minor injury.
If you don't have a current tetanus vaccination you should get one, it's generally a good thing for whatever critters (including your neighbors dog or cat) bites or scratches you.

Mice contain alot of bacteria! Did the critter draw blood? If so, try to force as much blood out as possible, this prevents the bacteria travelling around your system. Treat it with some Detol or any antibiotic formula. Also, seek medical advice.

You may want to ck out rabies shots, unless you can catch the mouse then they can test for rabies. Definetly use antibiotic ointement on the wound and watch it carefully for infection.
