Adult males often get circumcised if the foreskin becomes too tight. Also, he might have done it for cosmetic reasons. Either way, why worry

I would for one be very happy, an un-circumcised penis isnt appealing, and it seems to me that it would be dirty. at least it is considered dirty no matter how clean you are. I dont know what an uncircumcised one would be like but most women prefer circumsisions anyway.

Circumcision is a health issue. I was born circumcised, and I had a friend who had to become circumcised as an adult for health issues.
