need help with toon town?

is there a certain day there off? and wats the toontown number? im a member but it not leting me go on it saying were sorry there is a problem instaling the tt installer but i already have it!

My son and I occasionally have trouble with the installer. I have had to go to the Facts page and read through the questions to find how to get it unstuck. Once you get to the facts page , type in "stuck" and/or "installer" . You will come up with the answer. I clicked on one of the links that the questions gave and it Unstuck the installer. I have even had to Uninstall and Reinstall the whole thing. Hope you get the problem fixed. It can be difficult. Best of Luck.
