If your arrests were expunged in the court of law… do you have to disclose this information when you are applying for a law enforcement job?

It depends. If the expungement law in your state permits you to withhold the information in that context, then you don't have to disclose it. However, you should be aware that expungement of a record doesn't mean that the record doesn't exist anymore. Expungement ususally means that the record has been sealed and no longer shows up when your background is checked. It doesn't necessarily mean that the fact of your arrests cannot still be checked by law enforcement agencies. If your record shows only arrests and no convictions it probably wouldn't be disqualifying per se. If I were you I'd check with the lawyer who helped you with the expungement. If you discover that the law enforcement agency to which you are making your application can get the records anyway, I'd be sure to tell them about your arrest history even if it had been expunged. If nothing else they'll appreciate your candor.

if they are expunged, that means that everything was "erased" so the record can't hurt you later on in life. I'm sure they will ask you about them for a law enforcement job since there is so much questioning and psychological testing to see if you're ok for the job. I don't think it should really make a difference as long as you don't have a record right now.

in all honesty i would tell because it would be embrassing if you got fired later on for not disclosing the info.
