Keep asking your mom. 11 is pretty young to go alone and halloween can be pretty dangerous. So I dont know.

Ask your mom if she wants to come and then ask your friends if one of there parents can go so your mom is not bored.
I understand not being able to go alone. I used to have to go with my older siblings. If you have any of them see if one of them will come along. They tend to be cooler than a parent. LOL.
Just make sure you have a adult with you Someone over 15. This way you will be safe.
Halloween is the one time a year (Other than the full moon) when weirdos come out.
As long as your safe you should be fine.
You can also sit and talk to your mom ask her what you need to do for her to let you go.
Sorry this is so long. I know where your coming from.

Why don't you see if you can interest your Mom in going along as the adult chaperone for the group of girls that you are going with? Ask them if they mind if your Mom tags along. They may not care.
Other than that I don't know what to tell you.
I think that there is safety in numbers and if your Mom knows the area you are going to be in, you should be safe (from all but teenage candy snatchers).
See what you can work out. I would hate to see you miss Trick-or-Treating, it is such a fun time.
Blessings and good luck hon.

Ask your friends if your mom or dad can come with you or don't go with them.

Your mom is right to be protective of you. Find one of the parents to go with all of you.
