what is the most brightest type of light?

I need to know a bright light available to a porch light because my porch light isn't that strong and my car has been broken in to twice.

Get a flood light put up near where you park your car. My electric company will do this for a fee--check with yours if you don't know anybody who could do it for you. They make them with light sensors so they come on automatically at night and turn off in the morning. I've had one protecting my parking area for years.

Hopefully you have stopped putting your wallet on the dash section of the car.

For a bulb, check the light fixture for a maximum watt rating allowed. Then replace the existing bulb with that watt value bulb.

Consider adding a light fixture outside (like a light pole) that shines directly on your parking space, or add a car alarm to your car.

Since the thieves broke in twice already, there should not be anything left for them to steal. So leave the doors unlocked and a note reminding them.

The long tube lights are pretty strong. I read some where about people in Australia actually tying a bunch of tin cans underneath the car to prevent theft- it would make an awful racket and awake the owners. You could stick a sticker on the car stating the car is protected by car alarm. Or you could actually install an alarm for it. You could visit some automobile assessory stores regarding that.
