pH of blood is very close to 7 and that is because of the buffer system in the blood. A buffer system consist of a weak acid and a weak base. Whenever pH of the blood increases and blood becomes acidic, the buffer system produces more base to bring it back to 7 and whenever it becomes more basic, buffer system produces more acid.
Blood consist of Red and White Blood cells, Platelets and Serum (water and different proteins).

In addition to the answers here, I'd like to add that exercise lowers this value significantly if waste products (e.g. Hydrogen Ions and Lactic acid) can't be removed as quickly as they're being made.
