As people get more human (get better education) they improve.
As people get closer to classical ideas and ideals they improve.
While we get more materialistic and short term and short sighted, we get distant from improving.
Looking at your question, especially the second line (non bold letters), I see you are joking!
Well, the way we go, yes, we are getting brainless, shame is being gone and we can correct our looks by different ways and means!

Perfection is always in the eye of the beholder, so nope. The human race will never achieve perfection, there are to many perspectives of perfect. Even if you make everyone brainless and all perspectives become the same you still have to deal with the chaos theory and how it changes you and the universe, so there will never ever be a lasting image of perfection. You can't be perfect with set ideals of perfection when the constant in the universe is change.

At the rate evolution is moving, never. We can't even develop a new and improved model. Maybe, if and when genetics is fully understood we might build what we perceive to be a more perfect being. But, we are human and humans make mistakes so that to would not be perfect either. Actually we're most likely to go on with the haphazard method we have now, you know, sex. I kind of like that method anyway.

That would never happen, as different people have different definitions of beauty. Also, being beautiful and brainless is kind of a limiting trait. If someone does not have the intelligence necessary in order to provide for their families, who will want to reproduce with them? It's all about species preservation.

Depends on how many centuries. If you calculate a progression of how, as a specie, we have been progressing so far... we have a very looong wait to do. The joker is ... there is an oft chance we could by our own action wiped ourselve out and join the dinosaurs.

No, not as long as there is rock and roll.
I know, stupid answer. But, the fact is that your definition is not of human beings, but humanoid drones.
