How bout writing this to the owners of large manufacturing companies that are responsible for the emissions released into the atmosphere? Or the car manufacturers who choose not to utilize the technology thats available to produce vehicles that run on alternative fuels? Or your political representative that gets paid alot of money by these people to keep it legal for them to do these things. Stop whining and be pro-active.
