Use a sterile needle or let Mother Nature take her course. I don't want to be gross but they will fester and you can squeeze them. I have had them in my legs and not noticed them, it seems like they grow a little sac around them and come right out.

Well, if tweezers can't do the complete job, light a candle. Dip your fingers into some of the melted wax and spread where the difficult thorns are. When cooled simply peel back the wax and out come the thorns! Then immediately have your gardener get rid of the cactus on his nex visit.

Buy some of the spider or mouse glue traps at the store. Quickly touch the glue trap to the affected area, it will pull off the spines. You often will see recommendations to use tape or other sticky stuff--but the glue traps work wonders. my daughter fell into a Cholla, the most evil of all cacti, and had hundreds of the small spines--the big really painful ones were pulled out with pliers.. We tried everything, then I remembered the glue trap in the cabinet and it worked like a charm--just dont do it too slow, or it will stick on the body part. A quick touch and pull does the trick.

Take a warm tub. Soak for a minimum of half-hour to an hour. in case you could sense the decal, attempt pulling it out with tweezers, otherwise leave it on my own. The decal ought to fall out after quite a few hours after the nice and comfortable tub. If the bump gets better, swelling gets worse, or you notice pink lines working removed from the bump, flow see a doctor.

I've also tried Elmer's (white) glue. That seems to work some of the time. Most of the time, though, you just have to wait it out (literally!)
