Last night my friend comes over at 3am, banging on the front door (hence making the dog bark crazily and waking up myself, my boyfriend, and the downstairs neighbor). I open the balcony door and look out front to see who it is, he asks me if I have any weed I can sell him cuz hes out and the people he buys from are asleep. I say no and go back to sleep. The next morning, he says Im not welcome a his house anymore, hes not ever coming here, and hence our relationship is over. I tell him WTF, Im exercising my right as a human to say no. Im sleeping, you wake me up, I'm not going to really wake up, get dressed, go downstairs and open the door to sell him something. Its my right to say no, is it not? He cant be mad at me for this....am I wrong here? I think hes acting like a kid. He thinks he can tell me to do something and I should bark like a dog and obey? I dont think so! Im not his bi.tc.h, we're neighbors!

Personally I think that this guy is at fault. You did have every right to say no and send him on his way. He chose to act the way he did and it seems irrational and illogical. He could have woken up the people he buys from. But that's just me.

Well this is simple... he sounds like a jerk and a self centerd freak... you should be mad at him for waking you up... get the word out or tell him to his face... that you could careless what he thinks and he shouldn't have disturbed you in the middle of the night... and of all things him standing outside for the neighbors to hear he wants to buy some weed which is not cool... forget his a**s and move on...

Yes, it is right and best to say no. But you said you went to open the door and sell. Did I misunderstand your use of that word?
Report him to the police. IF it wasn't for the weed problem he has, I'd say you should obey him and that he should be your bf. But That's not the case. Report your neighbor.

Be grateful he is out of your life Sound like he is selfish and demanding. Acting the way he did should prove he has no respect for you. He is the one who will be sorry when he grow up. May by you should send him copy's of all the answers you get, may open his eyes

He's lucky someone didn't call the cops! You had a perfect right to say no. If that is all he thinks of you, you don't need his friendship!

he was obviously pissed because he needed a fix, and you didn't help him. What you did was totally acceptable. He's an a**hole.
