On the write in line I've used the phrase non of the above a few times. Try that.
As for the wimp in the white house only 815 days and 48 minutes to go.

Voters are supposed to be more responsible than that.
While I totally agree that sometimes the choices are "bad" and "worse".... we still have to do some research ahead of time and figure out which candidates we feel would do the least damage.
In other words... if we feel that something is wrong-- whether it be politics, households, marriages, work situations-- we should take affirmative action to figure out what the solutions would be, not just say it's bad.
We used to use a saying in the 60's... "If you're not part of the solution, then you're part of the problem."
None of the above is a choice that makes you part of the problem, because it does not solve anything.

1--Yes. You use the little pencil and write in someones name in the slot.
2--No, an "eject" button would be dangerous. You could land on someone else!

If you do not want to vote for either one of the candicates in all the positions, don't go. I'd rather you do that and go and do the eenie, meenie, miney, moe thing and you vote for a democrat.

Not that I know of, but you can write down your opinion on the write in line. I will have fun with that this year. We have an idiot who has signs all over town to write his name in for sheriff. I going to write so & so is an idiot. I hope that he gets to read it!
