How can i make a cute, CHEAP, easy to make cat costume?

i am 14 years old and i want to be a cute cheap easy to make kitten for halloween. i dont want it to be lame but i want it to be warm and kinda sexy. please help =]

all you need is a headband, some cardboard, and some felt paper or cotton. cut the cardboard to make triangular cat ears, glue on some felt paper or cotton and tape them to your headband. now for your attire... you wanna be sexy? just wear a tank top, super short shorts... all black!! wear some nice high-heeled boots and voila! if you need props, you can design a simple whip from a clothesline. get a long rubber clothesline, twist and knot one end several times to look like a handle, and make a few knots at the other end.

voila, you're Catwoman! :)

if you have a target store in your area, go there and in the dollar spot they have ears and tails together for a buck, maybe 2.50 now that they added the 2 for $5 section too, but I think its $1. then just wear black lounge pants and sweater. if you are going trick or treating, maybe you want to wear something like a glow stick necklace around your neck just so cars can see you. they have these in the same section at target also for $1

u should put a lot of makeup on!...then make wiskers with an eyebrow pencil...then find black fabrike and cotten and sow a tail...and maby then u could for ears do the same...but u would have to have sortoff like something like a hair band thing to put the ears on that...then maby u could paint ur nails black, and black lip stick...that would be hot...lol.....hope i helped...but wat i would do is go to a store and get all that stuff...but u said u wanted it to be cheap so i put that other idea...just make sure u hav lots of makeup on...lol.......

There are costumes like that at Walmart, aren't they? Ask your parents to buy you one, they're pretty cheap there. My friend's cousin got a spidey witch costume there..lol
