I live in MN. It is usually at dusk when the kids start tirck or treating. Usually the little kids and parents with Toddlers start first and then the older kids (ages 8-12) come around and then the older kids come last (ages 12 and up). I will shut off the lights and lock my doors and not answer the doorbell after 9:00 pm because that is WAY too late...especially on a school night!

Halloween sucks. When I was little trick-or-treating started whenever and ended whenever on Halloween. Now there are all these rules and regs. Can't wear costumes to school anymore cause some idiotic parents of some Jewish or Muslim kid got offended by it. I say get rid of Halloween all together and skip right to Thanks Giving and Christmas. Would like some more chances to enjoy these holidays before some idiotic politician finds a reason to ban these too.

I am from wi and it all depends on the town, but its usually from 4:30-7. check your local news station.
