i have a siemens amilo laptop and as far as i am aware it has a wireless facility but for some reason i am unable to switch it on .. i have since placed a wireless connector into the laptop and i am receiving the internet .. CHEERS..

hey ive got a dell laptop 2 get wireless internet i just push the fn button & the f2 botton at the same time but u got internet now so wats the prob

I am not familiar with that model, but many laptops that have built-in wireless have a tiny switch to enable/disable it. Some manufacturers put it on the front edge, where it can be inadvertantly bumped. Look over your laptop carefully and see if there are any unidentified switches.

there should be a small switch either above the keypad or on the sides of your laptop it normally has wifi written near it
