Although you understand English in theory and intent,you do not have a good grasp of written or spoken English as evidenced by your question. I suggest you come to the US or England and get practical use by living in a country where English is native. As you learn to speak and write better, you can teach, write, or do whatever you wish. And if you stay in the US, that is the only country in the world where if you work hard, you can be and do anything you want.
