Take a hint from each of the twelve days. Like instead of maids a milking give her maid service for a day a week or a year.
1. A partridge in a pear tree could be dessert with poached pears and chocolate or something. Take her to a restaurant where they serve anything with pears. A dozen pairs delivered from Harry and David.
2. Focus on the turtle this day. Get her a small live one. Or a picture or stuffed animal, or aquarium tickets to see one live.
3. French Hens. Something else that is French. A subtitled romantic French movie. DVD or live if you can find one around. A French language CD or learn how to profess your love in French.
4. Calling birds, something else that calls. A calling card. A new phone. A megaphone. Be silly.
5. Gold Rings. This one is easy. Tweak it though, by giving her a cigar band, earrings, a hula hoop sprayed gold.
6. Geese a laying. A Faberge egg. An omelet breakfast in bed. Or a goose egg (a zero in something).
7. Swans, take her to the zoo to look for them, (even if your zoo doesn't have them) and eat popcorn or something else you wouldn't normally eat.
8. Maids a milking: maid service for a day a week or a year. Give her a coupon good for doing something around the house she doesn't like to do, like washing dishes. Or some kind of milky bubble bath or facial wash.
9. Dancing: lessons for the two of you. Or a night on the town ending up at the newest spot in town.
10. Lords a leaping. Something from Lord and Taylor. A bible if you're very religious.
11. Pipers. A flute, or a meditation CD with flute music. A bottle of bubbles and a pipe.
12. Drummers. A bongo drum serenade. A massage with one of those batons with foam on the end. You can be the drummer. A massage at a spa for the two of you.
Use your imagination and make it fit your budget and her desires, style and taste. Spending money isn't the big issue here, it is that you took the time to think of her and create a special gift. Think out of the box. And have fun planning and giving these gifts.

It would be sooooo romantic to go by the song, but that would difficult,lol. How about, you take out to a resturant, buy her a pair of earrings, a necklace, other things like that.

Pieces of Jewely for each day with various stone counts. (One pendant, two earing, three stones in a brooch, four stones in a money clip, etc. twelve in a bracelet.

WHAT A SWEET IDEA! MY HUSBAND DID THAT FOR ME ONE YEAR AND IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE EXPENSIVE. A BOUQUET OF FLOWERS ONE DAY, MAYBE A POEM WRITTEN BY YOU,JUST ANYTHING, THE PRICE DOES NOT MATTER. MAYBE A FAVORITE CD ONE DAY,A COUPON FOR A MASSAGE FROM YOU, ETC. HAVE FUN!!!

going by the song would be kind of nice, except the french maids. she might not like that one.
