The Kia Shuma was never tested by Euro-NCAP.

Euro-NCAP don't test all cars.
They test the top-selling cars in each segment in Europe, and offer manufacturers the opportunity to pay for additional tests - which many manufacturers do so that they can use the results in their advertising.

The Shuma was never a top-selling car, and Kia must not have paid for it to be tested.
