low on coolant, vacuum leak, thermostat.

Confuscious say..Cold air out of heater duct mean no heater workie.
If this is in your car try and push the recirc button on your fan/a/c controls. It looks like an arrow going around in a circle. When the recirc button is pushed it closes off air from the outside coming in. Deactivated it introduces fresh air into the car.

the furnace is not on. You will get cool air until the blower has purged the cool air from the duct then it should warm up if it don"t you have a furnace problem
