I didn't see a doctor when I was pregnant either and I did it on purpose. There are lots of things you can do at home. You can keep track of your weight and fundal height. Keep track of your blood pressure. You can get urine test strips either from the local drug store or online; to check for blood, bacteria, protein or sugar in your urine.
Be sure to eat well and listen to your body. Make sure the baby is moving.
To get more information on caring for yourself look for sites on "unassisted childbirth" (UC) and "unassisted pregnancy"(UP). Here are some resources:

However if you feel something is wrong go to a doctor/ER/free clinic. Also you may want to look into any legal free clinics in your area as they may be able to help you apply for medicaid. There are also, maybe, religious groups that would help you.

Medical services cannot and will not be denied due to you being a citizen or not. Nor can medical services be denied due to you not having medical insurance. As long as you have a telephone or at very least an address that they can bill you at, you will be able to be seen. You will just have to pay all out of pocket expenses yourself. If you cannot afford to pay the bills then they go to collection agency and you and the debt collector will work out a payment plan of how much you can afford to pay monthly until you pay it off... if the bill is super high, you can get bill consolidation... where all of your bills are lumped together and you pay monthly on the total of all these bills... usually consolidation makes the total bill go down. Go see a doctor, there is no excuse not to!

Prenatal care is extremely important during your pregnancy! Not only for the baby's health but for yours as well. Find a free clinic nearby.

I don't think they can deny you for that. Either way, put it in perspective: until the last hundred years or so, there WAS no such thing as prenatal care. Don't crap your pants over it.
