Well first I have to say I hate the first answer but second I think there are a few reasons
1. Nuclear weapons
2. Weapons
3. Idiotic presidents
4. war
5. 9-11
6. fast food
7. school
8. we would have to compete with europe
9. cats (cause of old cat ladies)
10. Nuclear anything

Because United States so more worried about sending money to other countries and trying to save other people then trying to live in peace and harmony among ourselves.

Anyone from any race can be romantic. It's just that people don't try. Americans are busy working all the time.

We're too busy trying to keep people sick and make money off them, such as, getting them to smoke, then "curing " their lung cancer, or getting them hooked on fast food then getting them to join a weight-reducing club. We are too busy causing problems and making money off them.
And there's nothing wrong with cats.
