Limbaugh had said that michael was faking his disease, its kind of like saying
that Michael gave up a multi-million dollar career in hollywood to fake a disease for the campaign

Rush Limbaugh said that over the many times he had seen Michael J. Fox, whom he admires, he had never seen him shake so badly as he did on the commercial advertisement for EMBRYONIC stem cell research in support of a political candidate. Therefore, Rush was questioning whether the enormous tremors in the ad were exaggerated or had Michael not taken his medicine. In fact, Michael later responded that he had probably over-medicated on the occasion of filming the spot.
Rush was also criticizing the fact that a celebrity would do a spot for political candidates who favor embryonic stem cell research, and in the process exaggerated the value of such research, when in fact many, many scientists have asserted that we are a long way off from seeing the hope of embryonic stem cell research. For example, it is simply not true that if the government had supported embryonic cell research "Christopher Reeves would be alive today."
Rush was also opposed to Michale J. Fox attributing to one candidate a lack of concern for those with disabilities.
The problem with Rush's tirade is that it gave way to the very exaggeration he was deploring, which exacerbated the entire issue, leading people to make all kinds of accusations at both Fox and Limbaugh.

(The impact of the ad was also heightened by the radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh’s saying that the actor exaggerated his symptoms for dramatic effect. That he purposely didn't take his medication to accentuate his parkinsons disease or that he was acting to promote his stem cell research. My question is, so what if he did? He's trying to do what's right in his eyes. Why doesn't Rush pick on a crook or politician or news castors who exploit innocent people for a story. Fox just wants to find a cure for his disease.

rush said that Michael was faking or either he forgot to take his meds. Rush is still messed up on drugs.

He said that Michael was acting his seizures to gain sympathy. He later apologized...likely wasn;t on his medicine.

he basically said after viewing the commercial that he felt Fox was either acting or hadnt taken his meds on purpose

Basically, he said that MJF was exaggerating the effects of his disease, though later he apologized for the comment.
