To start selling on ebay first you must aquire an ebay account. This is very simple to do and I have provided you with the link. You have the choice to make the account a sellers account or a buyers accout. In your case you would need a sellers account. You will then need a paypal account to recieve payments over the web. Paypal is compatible with ebay and most buyers on ebay use it. I have also provided you with the link to Paypal's homepage. After everything is set up log onto your account and post the items that you would like to sell. Make sure you take pictures and provide lots of information for potential buyers.

It seems simple but I tried and it's a lot more....there is payment options and shipping and fraud handling.
There are many people writing books about it so this one should be the best ebay for dummies.
