I have a leak at the shut off valve of the toilet. When I removed the valve the pipe was stripped. The other end of the pipe is behind the wall. Any ideas would be great.

The pipe that sticks out of the wall is screwed into an elbow inside the wall. If you take a pipe wrench, you can remove just the stripped pipe and replace it. You can get it at the home stores. When you install the new one you'll need to wrap the threads with teflon tape to seal them. You can get it at the store also. You should replace the shutoff also. Good luck.

Short of replacing the pipe there is not much you can do. If the pipe sticks out far enough to get a pipe threader on it you may be able to retread it.
