...we use whatever capacity we have...i would say yes, we do use 100% of whatever capacity we have and what happens is that you get tired, your brain needs to rest and regenerate

...The Q: is the brain capacity at it's highest level. There is no limit to it, if we get there, we'll probably just destroy the world

If we could use %100 of our brains we would be. Be as in be everything. Our brains are really more powerful then we could ever imagine. Dolphins use %20 of their brain. They use the most. For humans, if we used %20, all we could do is keep using more. If we got to even %20 we would be able to control our own body. %100 means we would be everywhere. We would be electricity, and all life. We could do the unimaginable. We could be energy itself. We would be time. Without time we are nothing. Time will last forever.Life will not always be around, but time will. With time there can be life. But that doesn't mean there will be. No one will EVER be able to use %100, but just look at what we have done with just %10. A lot. %100, we wouldn't be human. Again, we would be energy, time, and the existence of all life.

If we were to use 100% of our brain we would not be able to rest. We could not sit down and type on the computer for more than five mniutes without messing up we could not do the dishes without breaking one we could not cook the food for dinner correctly we could not even lay down. We would be up and walking continuoisly and our brains would be so confused that it or we could not function correctly. The brain opperates every part of your body. There is just noway that we could possibly work with 100% of our brain other wise we would never get rest!

Its only a myth that humans only use 10% of their brains'. I have a psychology degree and we've talked about this. So, by that we can infer that we use more than 10% and anywhere up to 100%....so what will happen, is exactly what is happening now!!!!! Enjoy using your noodle sista!!!

We'd be able to properly construct a sentence, complete with tense agreement and correct grammar.

Beyond that, I believe that we would no longer need our bodies- something similar to the Hindu/Buddhist belief of Nirvana. We'd be functioning in a state where we could see past the pettiness of everyday life. Actually, I think it would be very similar to Nirvana.

We would remember EVERYTHING and be able to memorise word-for-word a 100 page book after just reading it once.

Their would be no point of a 15+ year education as we could be told or read everything just once and then remember it for life.

It would be soooo cool....
