Some of the first signs of pregnancy are sore breasts, loss of period (obviously), some have sickness, sore lower back and or internal lady parts, and depending how far along weight increase. The best way to find out is take a pregnancy test. The sooner you find out the better for mom and baby.

Signs of pregnancy:
tiredness
sore/tender breast
moody
backaches
headaches
missed period
cravings
frequent urination
discomfort to certain smells

is your question how do you find out if your wife is pregnant? if that was your question? then have her wait till her period is due and go buy her a home pregnancy test have her pea on it and wait for 10 minutes and then read it you wll know then good luck

She will tell you when she is sure. If she tells you she is in doubt, try the preg test with the strips easily available in med shops.

when she miss the period go to a doctor to get the required test done to know the correct position.
