I take it that BlackStar doesn't live in Indiana. That or her clocks are wrong.

Indiana does observe DST (thanks to a law passed by the state legislature this year), much to the chagrin of many residents.

However, Arizona is on Mountain Standard Time, meaning that they are 1 hour "behind" Central Standard Time and 2 hours behind Eastern Standard Time.

What changed is that yesterday they were two hours behind Central Daylight Time and three hours behind Eastern Daylight Time.

Federalism and the 10th change to the U. S. structure (which holds that any powers not delegated to the federal authorities belongs to the states.) If Congress, utilising the commerce clause of the structure, needed to require that each and each and every one states set their clocks an same way, the regulation would in all chance pass muster. in spite of the indisputable fact that, Congress hasn't surpassed this kind of regulation, so Michigan, Indiana, Arizona, Hawaii, and so on. can word sunlight hours lower price rates time as they see in good structure.
