All you need to do is stay active and eat healthy. Make sure you also take a pre natal vitamin. I also heard you shouldn't eat sushi or any meat that is not fully cooked. Todaysparent.com is good.

If you want to do exercise and not eating so much (you say diet) just ask your doctor for that. You can't be in diet during the pregnancy time, because your baby get food from you. So you want to have a healthy baby, ask your doctor, he can perhaps fix some healthy food plan for you.

Eat an additional three hundred energy an afternoon for the youngster (assuming you're of traditional weight proper now).......devour a balanced vitamin (however do not move on a vitamin, simply devour nutritiously, five servings of fruit/greens, four servings dairy, and many others), keep away from junk meals, do low have an impact on recreation like swimming or going for walks (any recreation you probably did pre-being pregnant is regularly high-quality too)....

I read the book What to Expect when you are Expecting and a Week by Week book. Also Girlfriend's Guide is a classic and a must read. Before you do anything make sure you talk with your Dr about a healthy weight gain.

Congratulations!

well, You shouldn't exercise too much or else you might loose your baby. The foods you eat shouldn't be that fattening. Try salads and steaks. But I wouldn't eat steaks rare...
