Use TSP. Tri-sodium phosphate. Any hardware store should have it. While you're there, buy heavy duty rubber gloves. It's harsh stuff, but it'll work!

Bleach and Dry Laundry Soap and a Mop usually do the trick. Or u could just use the bleach by it self, the laundry soap helps with the bleach smell, so it doesn't knock you out.

Have you tried baking soda for the smell? Maybe Home Depot or Lowes could help you find a solution. Or a store like them.

Scrub the affected area with a disinfectant like Lysol or bleach and flush it out with water.
