Use TSP. Tri-sodium phosphate. Any hardware store should have it. While you're there, buy heavy duty rubber gloves. It's harsh stuff, but it'll work!

Bleach and Dry Laundry Soap and a Mop usually do the trick. Or u could just use the bleach by it self, the laundry soap helps with the bleach smell, so it doesn't knock you out.

Have you tried baking soda for the smell? Maybe Home Depot or Lowes could help you find a solution. Or a store like them.

Scrub the affected area with a disinfectant like Lysol or bleach and flush it out with water.

If its still all wet and stuff... put cat litter on it- let it sit a day or so... then sweep it up and spray it w bleach or w/e you want.

put that gray rubber sealant down all over the floor. that stuffs awesome.
