Don't think so. Treason is a crime committed by a presumably loyal member of the armed forces or intelligence community who wilfully discloses classified information to an adversary. Google "Kim Philby", for a good example. On our side of the pond, Benedict Arnold is a perfect example. He was a general, if memory serves, in the Continental Army, and gave military plans to British forces. Hating the state should not be a crime, anywhere, anyhow. It's just words and ideas, and that is protected by the First Amendment of the US Consittution. You can say pretty much anything you want to, although the Politically Correct fascists are trying to classify words they don't like as "hate speech", a nonsensical idea. That way lies the Orwellian Police State. Plotting insurrection is another matter. Violence is a crime in any society. I pay fairly close attention to the UK media, and it seems like they're letting everyone off with a slap on the wrist. A murderer receives a "life term" which means Real World, maybe 15 minutes. So don't expect Labour or the Tories to start enforcing the law any time soon. For now, the violence is confined among ordinary working class folk and immigrants. At some point though, the sons and daughters of the elites will start biting the dust and then possibly, maybe, you might see some action from the authorities. But I sort of doubt it.

Yes! Although launching court cases under the Treason Act would mean dusting down legislation so venerable that it was originally written in Norman French!!!. The threat by the Crown Prosecution Service to use the medieval statute against so-called "preachers of hate" in the 21st century has startled politicians, lawyers and human rights groups.
1351 The Treason Act was passed by the English Parliament during the reign of Edward III, shortly after the start of the Hundred Years' War against France. It established offences of high treason, punishable by execution and the forfeiture of all property to the Crown, and of petty treason. The laws are there, but for some reason, they seem very reluctant to use them!!! Wonder why??????

If the immigrants in question have been given citizenship of this country then yes they should and the death penalty should be restored to deal with this. If they are not naturalised then they should be denied leave to stay and expelled.

I think anyone who openly hates or plots against their country should be tried. Some people are sick and better off dead.
