If you are ready, than yes.
Have you gone to college, are you in a good relationship? Are you ready to have someone depend on you for EVERYTHING 24/7? Can you handle having a baby financially?

Twenty-five is a great age to have a baby if everything else is right-- If you are in a stable marriage, healthy and you can afford to support a family.

Can you afford college for the child? Do you still hang out in bars? Do you have a strong, dependable partner to aid in the rearing of the child?

Well they say that 24 is when you reach your peak fertility...your body is obviously primed so you just have to figure out if your mind and emotions are ready

I don't think it really is a question of age, but rather whether you are ready financially, mentally etc.
