You definately have to have the classics: ghosts on strings that can fly, zombies walking around, bodies hanging from overhead, and an evil scarecrow.
You also need the horror movie creatures: Freddy, Jason, Micheal, Leatherface, Dracula, Werewolf, Frankenstien.
Some of the monsters need to jump out from behind things or play dead. I would also throw in a fake graveyard to walk through and maybe even a little evil clown!!!
Good luck

The classic Leatherface character, have a guy with a warped face standing at the end...if you are going to use a real chainsaw, make sure to take the chain off, you don't want to really hurt anyone. Classic zombies are good. And many people have a fear of clowns. For each section theme it approprately, leather face should have a barnish feel, clowns, a bright yet dark and colorful are, and zombies are at home at any place.Strobe lights are a great thing. You can use black plastic bags to line the area and set the rooms apart, this will also help to create a claustrophobic feel upping the anxiety factor. Make sure you make some "obvious" hiding places, along with places you just don't expect people to be popping out of. you can cut holes in the plastic bags, and have people wearing black sleeves and gloves, reaching out to grab as people pass by. Big thing is, use your imagination, and let it run wild. Do a little research into common phobias, and base your machinations off of that. I work at an actual haunted house, and really do know how to pull of the scare in any situation. Last night in the middle of a suncoast store. Anyways, I hope this helps out.

That sounds so cool! I would love to come to it, you wouldn't happen to be in Utah or Nevada? lol Anyway, one of my favorite characters that you should include would be Michael Mires from the "Halloween" movies. He's positively frightening! Unless you're making this haunted trail for children, then I'd avoid Michael and use some other fun monsters. You could also have a cemetery along the trail, or (for teens and adults) you could have some creepy Indian burial ground, like on the movie Pet Cemetery. A lifelike dummy hanging from a noose would also be cool. Sorry I don't have more suggestions, that sounds so cool though! I hope everything works out ghoulishly well! Good luck!

Halloween is an evil holiday in which people try to cover up by handing out candy to little kids, but many teenagers go around destroying things, and many cults and witchcraft celebrate this day, so this day should not be supported in any way whatsoever, Halloween should be removed from people's calendars and condemned! Cohorts of Satan do not need to be assisted by recognizing their holiday! It is EVIL!
