In what way?

Perhaps, 11/9 was a sad day for the US, however much greater numbers of innocent people have been killed in other violent acts around the world. I believe if the attacks had happened in any other country the event wouldn't be so heavily publicised....

No. I actually don't think it's emphasized enough. There was a lot of play this year around the anniversary and rightfully so. If the media would lift their self-imposed ban on showing the atrocities on that day, in the name of protection and empathy, Americans would remember what's at stake. The media has no problem showing explosions in Iraq, beheadings, terrorists killing children, and their daily body count!

We have thousands of people dead or missing, 3 airplanes, many people with breathing deceases, many of us who were or are in the Middle-East fighting against terrorism and a big hole in New York city, Where is the damn exaggeration? Can you explain before many of us start to think bad things about you.

Yes I think so. Its being used as an excuse for voting for republicans. Anytime someone wants to quiet dissent among the people they invoke 9-11 like its some end all to all questioning. Well sorry people but other countries have had far worse terrorist attacks.

How about I take you to the pit where there used to be two towers, then you tell me if you think 9/11 is over-exaggerated.

No. What happens next time will make 911 look like a surprise birthday party.

No, history will show that barbaians who are too sorry to do any WORK or have values will eventually come to the USA if emboldened and do whatever they can to create havoc and destruction. We should kill them all NOW before that happens. And every man, woman, child, donkey, and *** who supports them.

How can thousands of people dying be exaggerated?

You must have a hidden agenda with your question.

However I do believe we started this war because of a
pre-9/11 Republican agenda.

Exaggerating the fact that Muslim terrorists, acting in the name of Islam, killed four plane loads of innocent people by crashing them into American buildings, killing thousands more.

No, it's not being over exaggerated.

In fact, we have not yet exacted a tenth of the vengeance that should be struck for this act.

No, I don't think it is. So many innocent people died because some crazy people just decided they should. We're not God- we don't decide who lives and who dies. It's a day that shook the world.
