if it doesn't can u tell me wat does? ( 80X and 200X , 300X, 600X and 1200X )

You can easily see cells with 100x magnification. They will seem very small though.

You have to be clear what you mean though. When a microscope says it has a 100x lens, it also has an objective lens you look through that has additional magnification. Usually 10x on the objective. So a 10x microscope lens will give 100x magnification.

Most of the time if you are visualising cells with a microscope you would look at 20x to 100x main lens, with a 10x objective lens - giving a magnification of 200 - 1000x.

Depends what kind. With a plant cell and stain you can see much of a cell at a 140x.

With the naked eye you can see 0.4 mm
100 to 900 x smaller is in the range of 0.44 to 4 micrometer.
There are cells of that size.
So the answer is yes.
