I have heard Dubai is beautiful. I am going to Egypt and Jordan on vacation--------I like ancient ruins.

If you go anywhere go to Dubai it is the centre of the Middle East and absolutly fantastic and cheap.

i would love to see the holy city mecca. i am not a muslim, but i think i would be awed by mecca. i know being a non muslim my chances of going during the hajj are impossible since you have to be sponsored by a mosque or an iman to get in and i would not want to interupt the prayer and piligrimage for those who it means something. but it would be amazing to see.
