Yes, definitely.
At one point in time, witches were any women who were creative, intelligent, unafraid to speak up, took healing into their own (often more competent, certainly healthier) hands...
So, in the broadest sense, many women who wouldn't call themselves witches or practice wicca, are in fact full of imagination, magic, healing abilities and are truly amazing! They/we are EVERYwhere!
Blessed be!

Yeah, I'm a Christian witch. Witches however don't always have pale skin and black hair. Anybody could be a witch. It's not just a cartoon character.

Witches only existed in fantasy. In mid-evil times the people thought there were witches but that just stemmed from their ignorance to things around them.

Yes. but they aren't like the exaggerated witches you see in pop culture. Witches are more in tune into nature and mother earth.

i had asked the same question, some months back, you could check on those answers also, if you like.
Personally, i feel, that as the good is worshipped, so is evil. many rock bands were supposed to be devil worshippers, like eagles, as rumoured.
now coming to your q., in india, there are women, who believe and practise black magic, and even in u.s., there are books on witchcraft, clubs of women, who are pronounced witches, and people go to them, for their dark problems, like revenge, gain back love, etc.
in the movie ghost, goldberg is a modern day witch, who can see dead people, talk to them.
in the chilling movie craft, teen ager , pretty , school-going girls prctise witch craft, to dire outcome !
this is an ancient science, and there are evidences, that witches still exist, all over the world !
in africa, it's called voodoo, in india, they call it chetuk, and the female , chetki.
but sadly, in tribal areas of india, some times, innocent women are tortured, or even stoned, burnt to death, by mobs, if they suspect that their children are falling sick, and dying, because of those women. they are even blamed for the sick cattle, disease, etc.
and many times, they may not be the cause, just a coincidence !
we do believe inevil eye, and so many hollywood movies are produced, even in this age, which are based on witch craft, black magic, excorsism, and related scary topics .
you may visit the web sites on witch craft, for more details, if you want !
but remember, tarot readers are not witches, they are holistic, and intuitive.

witches will always exist....warlocks too. They do not have the stereotypical halloween look, they look like everyone else and lead normal everyday lives. What makes them witches is their religeous practices.

Yes, they do--I'm friends with some practicing witches, and my mother-in-law doesn't consider herself a "witch" but is an herbalist and quite spiritual.
