Definitely. As a registered Republican, I'm disgusted by the administration's lack of fiscal responsibility. Looks like I'm going to have to head over to the Libertarians (which, lets be honest, is probably the most intelligent party out there).

Yes. When were they actually? During the Reagan years, there was a good budget deficit, and increasing on top of that.
With Bush Senior, he had to raise taxes because of that budget deficit... so, still spending problems.
With the current administration... in time of war, we cut taxes and increase spending in the military and other areas.
If someone say they are, what does fiscally conservative really mean then? If it is to encourage people to spend more at Wal Mart to increase companies profit, even though it contributes to a larger trade deficit, how long can we stick with this.

I would go further and say that they are not even conservative. Republicans are having a rough time because they listen to media criticism of conservatives so they creep left in self defense.

Katrina, No Child Left Behind, Dues to the UN, blank checks to Africa, Medicaid/medicare spending in the last few years represents attempts to curry favor with the left. Look what it's done!

Only one party gets credit for good intention gone awry, and it ain't republicans!

Sestak is gaining momentum indoors the nicely-known, incredibly by way of actuality that the Democratic electorate in PA bear in mind that Specter have been a Republican for some years and sided with George Bush in disastrous regulation (i.e., unfunded tax cuts for the rich to the song of one thousand billion funds).

I am concerned, as you, about the increased spending under this administration. I understand the realities in spending when fighting a war. But, the biggest social spending program in decades for the prescription drug program for Medicare, was a huge expense that the federal government could not afford. The reckless pork spending. I think Republicans in the House need to remember why their constituents elected them!

Not in quite some time. They have enlarged the federal government substantially. They are not holding the conservative values of Reagan.
