if youve been trying for a year or more and are still not pregnant, i would highly look into having you and your partner examined by professionals for sperm counts, and possible infertility problems that you or him may have and go from there.

There is a lot to think about you haven't told us.
First: how old are you? Of course girls of 12 can get pregnant, but should they? Are they, being children themselves, mentally ripe to have children. Somtimes the body applies the brake.
Second: For how long have you and your boyfriend had sex? It can sometimes happen the first time, that you get pregnant, and sometimes you must really wait, without anything being wrong.
Third: Forgive me, if I ask this, but sometimes I read questions at Yahoo Answers from people who have no idea about pregnancy. Did you try to find out your personal days of best fertility?
Having asked all that, there are three things to be said. Be relaxed, because if you too desparately want a baby, that may be a reason for not getting one.
Then you can have yourself and your partner medically tested for fertility.
In the end, each baby, be it welcome or not, planned or not, is a gift of God.

First, get a man. Men are an essential ingredient. This sounds like a joke, but YOU are not getting singularly pregnant, you are getting pregnant as a couple. Both need cooperation.
There is a ton of material about fertility, both with you andd with the man. .Get some.
Highlights:
-You need to be at the correct time of the month. You mucus and basel temperature determines this. Chart you temperature and you'll have some fertility times.
- You man needs to have a good sperm count. Previous sex, jocky shorts and other factors may affect this.
Much more to this...read on it. Search google for pregnancy tips.

well honestly, all that needs to be done is have vaginal sex and the man must release his sperm inside of you, there is only one day of the month were a woman can truly get pregnant, i do believe there is some product to help you figure out what day it is but i can't think of it offhand. But most importantly don't worry about it... having and making a baby is supposed to be beautiful, it should be enjoyed not forced.

Eat healthy...double up on vitamins...keep track of when you are most fertile...after you've done the deed lay on your back for atleast half and hour and try not to let anything run out...if your cycle isn't regular you can buy ovulation predictors at your local drug store, they give you a pretty good idea when you are at your fertile peak...best wishes and good luck
