ooh ive got an idea! have a costume party! award the winner with something cool like money! or put a couple of bowls filled with things like yarn cold spaghetti and anything that you would think was brains and organs when u coculdnt see it. so people cant see it put a decorated piece of cardboard on top with holes so people can feel. Then have them guess wat they touch. Um dunking for apples have a bowl of apples in water and have people dunk their heads in it trying to git an apple with their teeth that ones a classic. Pin the bolt on frankienstien.

SPOOKS. Its a drinking game where everyone sits in a circle and is given 3 coins each. They then secretly have between 0-3 in their hand at a time and everyone has to guess how many coins in total eg. 7 people playing all with 3 coins each is a maximum possible total of 21 (7x3) but if 2 people have 2 in their hand aqnd 1 person has none the total would be 16 -(4x3=)12 + (2x2=)4 + (1x0=)0. The person who guesses right, or nearest is out. Keep playing until one person is left and they have to drink a shot. If its a kids game you could still play and make them do a forfeit if they lose.

You could play apple bobbing. Its a really fun game where you fill a big bowl full of water then put some apples in. The idea of the game is to try and get the apples out with your mouth without using your hands. It is more difficult then you may first think.

apple bobbing, jelly bobbing for bits of fruit, atmosphere the game in the dark, have a dark room and a torch and tell horror storys, watch some poo ya pants movies in the dark

I think Brandon M has a very good idea, but I'm going to add to it. Your guests could each have blindfolds on, and then you could stick their hands in bowls of things like spagetti, but they wouldn't know what it really was, you would tell them it was something like brains.
cold spaghetti=brains
peeled grapes=eyeballs
baby carrots=fingers
Things like that.
